Current Issue
The George Mason Review, Vol. 17, 2007-2008
With its updated layout and its Writing Across The Curriculum (WAC) focus, the current issue of The George Mason Review is both an enjoyable read and a useful companion to composition texts. Professor Donald R. Gallehr prefaces the collection with an essay about writing processes—an apt introduction, as each subsequent academic essay is accompanied by a note in which the student addresses his/her writing process in relation to the published work. In addition to academic essays across the curriculum, this issue also features an engaging selection of creative nonfiction, fiction, and poetry.
